Key Responsibilities
Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
Design, develop, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support new product introduction and scale-up activities
Utilize data analysis tools to track KPIs and process performance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment (adjust based on seniority)
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or electronics is preferred
