Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Provide leadership to senior management, oversee operations, ensure compliance, manage risks, and represent the company in key engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies and growth plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to senior management and department heads to enhance team performance
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability to support informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including ACRA and MOM requirements in Singapore
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements to build partnerships and market presence
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand company reach
- Manage risks and enforce proper corporate governance practices to safeguard company interests
- Approve major expenditures, investments, and company policies to align with strategic priorities
- Drive organizational culture, values, and ethical standards to foster a positive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles demonstrating strategic impact
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills applied to business growth and operational excellence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to influence and engage stakeholders
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret business operations data
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the business environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business growth initiatives
