The Role

We're looking for an Operations Lead to work directly alongside the management. This is a number-two role. You'll be across everything from floor service to marketing to partnerships. It's broad, it's fast, and it's the kind of role where the right person grows into a General Manager and eventually leads our future growth.

This isn't a job for someone who wants a lane. It's for someone who wants the whole road.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running day-to-day operations across our café and bar service, including team coordination, rostering, and service standards
• Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Supporting our food revenue growth strategy. This is a key priority, not an afterthought
• Owning our social media content pipeline and coordinating KOL activations
• Helping execute events, brand activations, and partnership programming
• Being the person the management trusts to keep things moving when they're not in the room

Who You Are

• 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality. You've worked the floor, you understand service, and you've started taking on responsibility beyond your title
• You're organised, self-driven, and you don't wait to be told what to do
• You're comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ops one hour, content the next, supplier call after that
• You have good taste and an eye for detail. You care about how things look, feel, and flow
• Knowledge of Singapore's café and bar scene is a big plus
• You're excited by building something, not just maintaining it

Job Summary

This role blends guest experience, events, and sales. You will engage guests on the ground, curate and execute events, and actively drive event bookings and revenue for the space.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with guests to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
• Engage guests on the floor to increase customer retention and loyalty
• Drive event sales by securing corporate bookings, celebrations, and private functions
• Respond promptly to event enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales deals effectively
• Coordinate and execute events from initial planning through on-site delivery to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with brands and partners to develop and implement event activations and collaborations
• Manage reservations, VIP guests, and special occasions with attention to detail and personalized service
• Support CRM initiatives by leveraging guest data to increase repeat visits and customer spending
• Track and analyze event performance and revenue against targets to inform sales strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or sales roles
• Experience in events coordination or sales conversion is a strong plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Outgoing personality with confidence in engaging guests and clients
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and during event hours

About Sip Sip

We’re looking for a passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee and matcha program, drive quality, and build a strong bar team.

Role Overview

As Head Barista, you will take ownership of the coffee bar—from daily operations to R&D, menu creation, and team training. You’ll ensure consistency, elevate beverage quality, and create drinks that define the Sip Sip experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily barista operations
• Oversee coffee and matcha beverage program
• Dial in espresso and maintain consistency across all shifts
• Create and develop creative coffee and matcha beverages
• Set SOPs for drink preparation and quality control
• Train, mentor, and develop the barista team
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Work closely with management on menu launches and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong in espresso dialing, milk texturing, and latte art
• Experience in matcha and specialty beverage creation
• Passion for quality, creativity, and consistency
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

About Sip Sip

Sip Sip is a lifestyle café-bar in the heart of Raffles Place, serving reimagined local comfort food with a twist. By day, we focus on brunch and café-style dining; by night, we transition into a more refined, sharing-style experience alongside wines, cocktails, and music.

We’re looking for a capable and driven Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership and help deliver a consistent, high-quality food experience across both casual and refined service.

Role Overview

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and lead the team during service. You’ll be hands-on in both prep and execution, ensuring consistency across brunch, lunch, and evening menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

• Lead the kitchen during service and ensure smooth workflow

• Execute dishes across Western, local, brunch, and small plates formats

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

• Assist in menu development, costing, and R&D

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong foundation in Western and local cuisine, with experience in brunch and café concepts

• Able to handle both casual dining service and more refined plating

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Hands-on, organised, and able to work under pressure

• Food Hygiene Certification required

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
