Job Summary
Lead technical operations, after-sales service, and engineering support for water purification and intelligent equipment, ensuring system stability and operational excellence across Singapore and regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical operations and after-sales service for water purification systems, smart water dispensers, vending machines, and related equipment to ensure high service quality and equipment reliability
- Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to enhance service efficiency and operational consistency across locations
- Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and urgent repair of machines on-site to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction
- Build, train, and lead a localized technical service team to deliver effective field support and continuous improvement
- Analyze technical failures and operational issues to develop preventive measures and optimize system performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to align technical service strategies and share best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators related to equipment stability and service delivery to drive continuous operational excellence
