Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for AI banking solutions, from market development to deal closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within banks and financial institutions
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level clients
- Understand market needs and contribute to go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to align solutions with client and market needs
- Own and manage sales pipeline, with accountability for revenue targets
- Provide market insights and feedback to support product and business direction
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking solutions, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong network within banking or financial services industry
- Good understanding of AI, data, or digital transformation in banking
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior decision makers
- Independent, driven, and comfortable operating in a growing company environment
- Willingness to travel when as required (locally / overseas)
