This position is responsible for leading and overseeing a full range of mid to large-scale
interior design and fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and institutional
sectors, from concept design to project completion.
Individual to be involved in:
• Lead and oversee interior design and fit-out projects
• Manage full project lifecycle from concept design, tender, construction to handover
• Provide strategic direction to Designers and Site Teams
• Review design proposals to ensure alignment with client brief, budget, and buildability
• Control project budgets, approve variations, and monitor cost reports
• Chair client and consultant meetings; act as key point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Drive project timelines, mitigate risks, and resolve site and design conflicts
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM, HDB, and local authority requirements
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality across all projects
