Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the company’s daily administrative operations. This full-time role involves working closely with operational teams to coordinate office tasks and liaising with technical teams for documentation management to ensure the smooth running of our projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions
Assist in the preparation of formal letters, reports, and other related documentation to support operational processes
Maintain key company documents, records, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Correspond with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders through various communication channels
Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties when required
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
