Role Overview
The Logistics Operations Executive manages the movement, storage, and tracking of mobile phones and accessories across outlets and warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and secure handling of high-value electronic items.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movement between warehouse and retail outlets
• Monitor inventory levels of mobile phones and accessories
• Plan and execute timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods (IMEI/serial tracking)
• Maintain accurate stock records in POS/ERP systems
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and stock transfer documents
• Track supplier shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Handle defective/returned items and coordinate replacements
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of high-value items
• Liaise with sales team for demand forecasting and stock allocation
• Identify slow-moving stock and support clearance strategies

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in retail/logistics (mobile industry preferred)
• Familiarity with IMEI tracking and inventory systems
• Proficient in MS Excel and POS/Inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Good coordination and communication skills

Working Conditions

• Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
• Able to work extended hours during peak sales periods (e.g., promotions, festive seasons)

Job Description & Requirements

• We are running 24 hrs restaurant (South Indian, North Indian and Western) and we are looking for a Cook to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.
• Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.
• You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
• If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.
• Must be handling South & North Indian customers by speaking multi-lingually. Must be able to work on public holidays, weekends and rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, and participating in pitch presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients and partners.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks. • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. • Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to by staff. • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff. • Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables. • Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials. • Assist the Manager to maintain the asset register. • Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager. • Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager. • Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE. Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc. • Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager. • Work with members of other teams as required. • Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed. • Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown. • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager. • Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors. • Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work). • Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to manage trades and ensure smooth project flow.

• Handle onsite documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and material inventory.

• Ensure all work sites adhere to safety standards (e.g., PPE usage), conduct safety briefings, and report violations.

• Resolve technical issues and logistical bottlenecks on-site.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and site operations.

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

• Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking project progress.
