Role Summary:

We are scaling the Seekho Jr. platform to deliver engaging, high-quality educational experiences. This role sits at the intersection of content, product, and user behavior, with a core focus on executing and analyzing our ongoing content strategy. You will own the end-to-end process of creator onboarding and new show format testing, leveraging data-driven experimentation to maximize user stickiness, session time, and repeat usage.

Your Role:

• Own the English content roadmap across curriculum, practice, and new learning formats
• Design practice curricula across learner personas and use-case combinations
• Partner with product, design, and growth to improve activation, retention, and learner outcomes
• Own clear KR-linked metrics across quality, completion, practice adoption, and repeat learning

Must Have:

• Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in content creation, creator management, or a closely related field.
• Operational Execution: Hands-on experience with creator onboarding, community management, or show production.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of user engagement metrics with the ability to interpret data and build a data-driven content strategy.
• Creative Chops: A passion for storytelling, writing new ideas, and the conceptual ability to design engaging new content formats.
• Management Skills: Strong project management abilities and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have

• Industry Background: Previous experience working within digital learning platforms or EdTech.
• Product Sense: A strong interest in working at the intersection of content, product, and user behavior.

About the Role:

We are building a kids learning platform (ages 2–6) focused on safe content and real learning outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Content with a core focus on driving execution and growth.

You will own the end-to-end execution of experiments across the user funnel, ensuring ideas are quickly translated into live initiatives and measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role focused on speed, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment.

Your Role:

• Own end-to-end execution across product, content, and marketing (idea → launch → analysis)
• Drive and prioritize experiments across onboarding, discovery, pricing, and retention
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities and translate them into actionable experiments
• Work closely with product, content, and performance teams to ensure fast, high-quality execution
• Track key metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on data
• Improve content discovery and alignment within product journeys to drive engagement and retention
• Build and manage a structured experimentation pipeline and execution cadence

• 4–6 years of experience in EdTech (mandatory) with exposure to consumer apps or learning platforms
• Strong understanding of user, product and marketing
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end execution in cross-functional environments
