Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Order Fulfillment

• Pick products according to customer orders.
• Pack orders accurately and professionally.
• Prepare orders for courier collection.
• Print shipping labels and airway bills.
• Ensure same-day processing of orders where possible.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct stock counting and verification.
• Store products according to warehouse organization standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in monthly stock takes.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels.
• Report low inventory to supervisors.

Retail Support
