8. Coordination with suppliers and proper delivery
9. Able to work long hours when required
10. Maintain good work place hygiene
11. Must prepare stock value for management for monthly basis
12. Must work on PH

Manage daily operations and external partners (likesuppliers/clients) by handling admin, coordinating logistics issues, and ensuringsmooth workflow

Involving inventory, order tracking, reporting, and basic system maintenance

Liaise between departments (sales, logistics, management) and outsidevendors/clients to resolve issues and share updates

Manager order processing, inventory checks, deliverycoordination, and status reporting.

Manage the HR needs.

We need someone who can work under pressure, being able to handle about 15 to 20 local and foreign staffs under his responsibility.

Working on Sundays is a must. Leave days will be on a weekday.
