What you will do 

1. System Administration & Configuration

• Manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets within the OCE CRM.
• Assign users to territories and maintain territory hierarchies.
• Configure and update product hierarchies, align products to territories, and manage product messages.
• Set up and maintain sample management, including permissions, limits, and audit trails.
• Administer Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) content, presentations, and territory alignment.

2. Reporting & Compliance 

• Ensure all configurations and user management actions comply with company SOPs and regulatory standards.

What you will do

1. Asia Regional FP&A

• Act as the Finance business partner to the Asia leadership team which includes the Corporate Planning and Cluster business heads. 
• Measure and track business performance in the Asia region on a monthly basis, and lead risk and opportunities financial analysis along with key business assumption changes.
• Provide monthly management P&L reports to the Asia management team at regional level. 
• Manage key processes of a) annual Budget planning with guidance, key milestone, and target setting, and b) quarterly Forecast updates in collaboration with the Asia Corporate Planning team, Business Cluster teams, and cross functional teams.  
• Support Head of Finance-Asia to drive initiatives and projects, by partnering with business and functional teams, such as new business models, M&A, and system implementations.

The Manager, Global Brand Marketing – Glaucoma supports the development, execution, and implementation of global brand plans and initiatives for the glaucoma medical and surgical portfolio. The role contributes to global brand planning in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M), as well as CFUs, and ensuring alignment with overall global brand strategies and objectives.

In addition, this position supports the implementation of global initiatives by translating global strategy into executable brand programs, tools, and guidance for regional teams. The Manager supports global launch readiness, lifecycle management, and post‑launch activities, including coordination of cross‑functional inputs and development of global brand, launch, and promotional materials.

The role works closely with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to support consistent execution of global brand positioning, key messages, promotion and disease education initiatives across markets. In addition, the Manager supports monitoring of the global competitive environment in glaucoma and contributes commercial insights to inform brand optimization and portfolio planning.

What you will do

• Drives and develops the regional EM&S vision in partnership with global EM&S, for pharmaceutical and biologics CMOs
• Develops the strategy for EM&S across the Region, with direct accountability for external manufacturing operational performance, including on-time in-full supply, COGS management, capacity management and business continuity planning.
• A key member of the Product Supply (PS) department, provides strategic input and ensures alignment with senior stakeholders to ensure the attainment of the company’s short- and long-term goals.   
• Implements and leads Supplier Relationship Teams (SRTs) to manage the key strategic partners, acting as the virtual plant manager for the CMO, with matrix responsibility for cross-functional team members such as Quality, Planning, Procurement, Project Management and MS&T.  Ensures optimal supplier relationship management and the seamless delivery of products to meet the needs of the business.
• Negotiates and runs RFPs to ensure the continuity of product supply requirements and delivers timely execution of Technical Transfer projects, for existing and new product launches.
• Leads external manufacturing and sourcing in a cost-efficient manner, developing quantitative performance monitoring and the rollout of relevant KPI’s that can be used as a platform to continuously improve supply from external manufacturers.
• Builds a quality ethos into all decisions and processes, reinforcing the implementation of Santen’s Global Tech Transfer Process (GTTP) standards to support Make-or-Buy decisions, Supplier Selection, Technology Transfers and the Management of Commercial Products. 
• Owns and controls the regional EM&S budget including capital investments with external partners, technical transfer expenses and other expenses needed to support the life cycle management of the products.
• Drives change management and continuous improvement of EM&S, driving end-to-end value creation projects across the total supply chain to deliver competitive advantage for the business.  
• Provides due diligence evaluation and advice on new sourcing and external manufacturing business opportunities in partnership with the Business Development (BD) team. Manages the integration and set up of new BD suppliers and represents Santen on external governance committees, such as Joint Manufacturing Committees.
• Negotiates and executes legal contracts, together with the Legal and BD teams, including Manufacturing & Supply Agreements and Technical Transfer Agreements, structuring such contracts in an optimal manner to ensure the security of long-term supply and the protection of the Santen business

• Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, feedback, and medical/ scientific information to inform the company's medical affairs and commercial strategies and research initiatives.
• Able to implement and manage Early Access Programs or Compassionate Use Programs, with a key focus on patient centricity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other MSLs on effective KOL engagement and relationship management.

Scientific Communication and Education

• Disseminate relevant and up-to-date scientific and medical information to HCPs, KOLs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and compliant communication.
• Respond to medical inquiries (including unsolicited off-label inquiries) from healthcare professionals and KOLs, providing evidence-based and scientifically sound information about products, clinical data, and disease management.
• Plan and deliver scientific presentations and educational programs for healthcare professionals and internal teams, keeping them informed about the latest developments in the therapeutic area.

Clinical Research Support

• Collaborate with clinical development teams to provide senior-level medical input on study protocols, study design, and data analysis plans to ensure alignment with global or regional strategy and objectives.
• Support the identification and recruitment of investigators for clinical trials and observational studies.
• Facilitate the communication of study results to internal and external stakeholders and assist in interpreting the clinical significance of data.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Contribute to the development and execution of medical affairs plans, including medical publications and medical information strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to provide in-depth medical insights and support product launch and life-cycle management activities.
• Participate in medical and scientific conferences, symposia, and congresses to stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and represent the company's interests.

Compliance and Regulatory

• Ensure all activities and interactions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct governing medical affairs activities.

Leadership and Team Development

• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced MSLs, assisting them in their professional growth and development.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the medical affairs team.

【具体的には】

当社の一般用医薬品の中核となるブランドを、マス広告から店頭まで一気通貫してご担当いただきます。当社のビジョン、薬粧事業部のビジョンに基づき、担当ブランドの目指すべき姿を描き、ブランドを育成、事業の成長に繋げていただきます。

1）担当ブランドのブランド・エクイティを向上させる中長期戦略立案と実行
2）担当ブランドのマーケティング施策立案、KPI管理と実行(TV、デジタル、PR、店頭等)
3)   売上・マーケティング費用の管理
4）シンジケートデータや生活者データの分析に基づくアクションプランの立案と実行
5）社内関係部署、社外パートナーとの協働
