* Process minimum 5 - 6 years professional experience within a Design, Engineering or Construction (AEC) enivronment;
* Strong track records of hands-on BIM implementation on live project;
* Advanced expertise in primary BIM toold like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Construction Cloud and Civil 3D;

* In-depth understanding and execution of through a Common Data Experience (CDE);
* Good knowledge of international and local BIM standards (such as ISO 19650) to develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR);
* Ability to establish and facilitate clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design and construction conflicts;
* Hand on experience to create 4D/5D simulation (scheduling and cost) and logistics plans;
* Routine auditing of project models to maintain accuracy, date quality and regulatory compliance;
* Able to act as the bridge between the design office, management and field construction personnel;
* Capable to manage tight frameworks' allocate resources efficiently and resolve implementation challenges when the arise;
* A proactive, patient approach to knowlege transfer and upskilling projects team members.
