RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects
b) Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation
c) Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.
d) Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.
e) Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.
f) Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports
g) Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions
h) Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.
i) Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
j) Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting
k) Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.
l) Tender tracking and monitoring

REQUIREMENT
· Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineeringor related discipline
· With 3 years of experience in a sales ortechnical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)
· Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix,roadwork specifications, and project execution
· Proficient in creating engineeringdocumentation, project reports, and sales presentations
· Detail-oriented with strong organizationalskills for managing multiple projects
· Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently
· Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle
