Job Summary

We seek an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a Two Michelin-starred French fine dining restaurant, elevating guest experiences and service standards to world-class levels through leadership, operational excellence, and strategic contributions.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Lead front-of-house operations to deliver flawless service at every guest interaction
• Create highly personalized guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, regular guests, media, partners, and international clientele
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure consistent execution of all service rituals, standards, and details

Leadership & Team Development

• Inspire, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members to achieve exceptional performance
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
• Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, teamwork, and accountability
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership to ensure seamless kitchen-service coordination

Operations Management

• Manage reservations flow, floor planning, service pacing, and staffing to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, hygiene, and operational readiness
• Oversee wine and beverage coordination with the Sommelier team
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, labor productivity, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
• Assist PR and marketing teams in supporting brand initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company SOPs

Strategic Contribution

• Drive continuous improvement toward achieving a third Michelin star
• Identify and implement opportunities to elevate service standards and operational excellence

Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator (COO’s Office)

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant& Operations Coordinator to partner with the COO in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a hybrid role combining executive support, business operations, and project coordination. You will act as the COO’s right hand—ensuring priorities are managed, decisions are executed, and key initiatives move forward efficiently.

This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities. It is suited for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to execute, analyse, and communicate at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with foresight and efficiency
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes; track and follow up on action items
• Draft professional communications and act as a key liaison for stakeholders
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

COO Office & Operations

• Support the COO in managing priorities and ensuring execution across teams

Presentations, Reporting & Analysis

Projects & Special Initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Office Management role
• Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
• Strong proficiency in: Creating professional presentations
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders is preferred

This role is ideal for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Excellence & Kitchen Operations

• Support the Head Chef / Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure Michelin-level execution

• Assist in menu development and R&D for seasonal tasting menus

Job Description

• As a Chef De Partie, the incumbent will be working closely with the Sous Chef in contributing towards the delivery of quality food to all guests at a consistent level while demonstrating an understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen to set a good example for all junior chefs in the kitchen.
• The top priority of the Chef De Partie is to ensure that all good production is achieved on a satisfactory level or beyond the service standards.
• The incumbent must assist the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in exercising cost controlling to minimise wastage and spoilage of kitchen resources.
• The Chef De Partie has to demonstrate and practice high levels of working hygiene and safety in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Hospitality / Restaurant Managment / Restaurant Operations.
• Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a 2 or 3 MICHELIN-starred fine dining restaurant preferred.
