Job Summary
You will assemble and test electrical components, manage inventory and shipments, coordinate with vendors, and maintain warehouse operations to support efficient production and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components and perform wiring tasks to build and test electrical products ensuring quality standards.
- Handle materials and pack finished goods accurately for local and overseas shipments.
- Procure and collect parts and supplies from vendors to maintain production flow.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, organize them into assigned bins, and update inventory systems.
- Issue parts from inventory system for assembly according to customer requirements.
- Prepare picking lists and shipping documents for outbound orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records by inputting data and conducting monthly stock takes.
- Coordinate with local and overseas vendors, expediters, customs agents, forwarders, and shipping companies to manage imports, exports, and local orders.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring tools are replenished and machines maintained.
- Deliver goods to customers and collect supplies from vendors as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments to support operational needs.
Required competencies and certifications
- Have technical/engineering educational background with relevant work experiences
- Possess Class 3 driving license to operate company van.
- Demonstrate ability to converse, read, and write in English and Chinese to liaise effectively with Chinese associates.
