Job Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation
Perform quantity take-offs and cost planning
Evaluate contractor quotations and recommend award of contracts
Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained
Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Prepare cost reports and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
Familiar with contract administration and tendering procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software (e.g. CostX, Cubicost, etc.)
