Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise construction works on site
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance
Prepare reports, method statements, and progress updates
Resolve site issues and technical problems
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and standards
Requirements
construction site experience (Singapore experience preferred)
Knowledge of local regulations (e.g. Workplace Safety and Health Council guidelines)
