Description
- Design deliver and administer the organisation’s training programmes in accordance with the organisation’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and
future human resource needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis.
- Arrange and monitor staff/workers training as per Training requests form BU.
- Gather training feedback and review the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Design soft skills training and curriculum
- Clear invoice payment from Training Providers
- P-filing of certificates into Personnel files
- Conduct stand-up training like Orientation, Team Building etc.
- Update and maintain training records.
- Handle the various Trainees Programmes under EDB and ITE such as INTECH and Industrial Attachment, and own in-house induction programme for new and overseas colleagues.
- Responsible for IMS audit on training procedures and training objectives.
- Update Corporate Training Record
- Maintain proper custodian control over all training facilities and AV Aids.
- Update and maintain staff resumes (for project tender purpose).
- Update and maintain the training programmes in the training calendar.
- Other duties as assigned.
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and
ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- Good to have Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)
- Preferably 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Preferably with some experience in stand-up training & design curriculum
