Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end setup of the process quality module for the new factory;

2. Responsible for monitoring quality objectives during project trial production and mass production, and collecting issues;

3. Responsible for organizing Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) meetings and handling non-conforming products;

4. Responsible for monitoring the progress of quality issue analysis and resolution, and escalate issues in a timely manner based on the current situation;

5. Responsible for updating and maintaining on-site Control Plans (CP) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP);

6. Responsible for leading customer audits and following up on identified issues;

7. Responsible for onboarding training for quality control inspectors.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of work experience in the field of quality (including 2+ years of work experience in process quality); Experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

2. Possess IATF internal auditor qualification;

3. Be proficient in the five core quality tools in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);

4. Experience in the end-to-end setup of a factory is preferred.

Job Description:

1. Efficient Production Execution:
   Complete production tasks efficiently according to the schedule, make good use of tools, and ensure timely and high-quality output. Strictly follow work procedures, process standards, and safety regulations to prevent any accidents.

2. Quality Control and Team Collaboration:
   Perform self-inspection and mutual inspection, promptly report quality issues, and collaborate with the team to improve product quality and maintain a smooth production process.

3. Workplace Maintenance and Equipment Upkeep:
   Implement 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the workplace clean and organized. Responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Experience:
   Prior working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

2. Technical Awareness:
   Familiar with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge control), 6S and other basic shop floor practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the software technical liaison for overseas automotive OEM customer projects, responsible for technical communication, reviews, delivery, and issue troubleshooting:

1. Responsible for requirements decomposition and modular design compliant with Automotive SPICE framework;
2. Responsible for writing embedded code, debugging, performance optimization according to Automotive standards;
3. Produce design documents, reports, and other deliverables required by A-SPICE processes;
4. Analyze and resolve technical issues during the software development process, and collaborate with relevant departments for product debugging;
5. Responsible for supporting customer reviews of software-related designs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;
2. 3+ years or more of experience in automotive electronic software development, proficient in driver development and debugging, familiar with TCP/IP protocol, proficient in software analysis and design based on SOC or FPGA;
3. Proficient in C or C++ programming;
4. Knowledge and skills in automotive cybersecurity are a plus;
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to work in cross-cultural environments, and willing to travel;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, team-oriented, and accountability for deliverables.
