Job Summary
You will manage the movement and stock levels of goods, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with departments, plan stock takes, prepare management reports, and assist procurement to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accurate tracking and timely movement
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet ongoing operational requirements
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to support inventory and procurement processes
- Plan and execute stock take activities to verify inventory and support reporting accuracy
- Prepare detailed reports for management to inform decision-making and operational improvements
- Assist procurement by supporting goods ordering and supplier coordination
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support team and operational needs

- Experience in metalwork and warehousing environments
- Strong analytical skills applied to inventory data and stock management
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with effective conversational skills for clear communication
