Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our daily finance operations. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of accounting functions and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Prepare invoices, process payments, and monitor receivables
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
* Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
* Support GST filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents
* Assist in cash flow monitoring and basic financial reporting
* Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
* At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
* Familiarity with accounting software
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
