About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Director who will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, shape RegASK's financial and operational strategy, and play a hands-on role in fundraising. This is a pivotal leadership role at a high-growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology finance, a strong network in venture, and the ability to build and lead a finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Finance Function Leadership

• Manage the finance team across accounting and FP&A.
• Oversee statutory compliance, tax planning, and treasury management across Singapore and US entities.
• Partner with the CEO, CPTO, and commercial leadership to support pricing, contract structure, and revenue recognition strategy.
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights and process automation, leveraging AI-native financial tools.

Financial Strategy and Planning

• Define and execute RegASK's financial strategy aligned with the company's growth ambitions and SaaS scaling model.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning (P&L, cashflow, unit economics, SaaS metrics).
• Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support Board and executive decision-making.
• Establish financial controls, governance frameworks, and appropriate reporting infrastructure.

Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary financial interface with current and prospective investors, board members, and financial institutions.
• Prepare and present Board-level financial reporting, investor updates, and strategic briefings.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and external financial advisors.
• Support partnership due diligence and integration planning as needed.

Fundraising and Capital Strategy

• Lead end-to-end fundraising process, including investor targeting, pitch narrative, due diligence management, and term sheet negotiation.
• Update and own the financial model, investor materials (deck, data room, financial projections), and supporting documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with venture capital, growth equity, and strategic investors across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US.
• Evaluate and execute alternative financing instruments including venture debt, convertible notes, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience at a technology or SaaS company.
• Direct, hands-on experience leading a fundraising process from preparation through close.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models, metrics, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining investor relationships.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, global, multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial modelling and data storytelling skills; ability to translate complex data into board-level narratives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a ​Business Development Representative (BDR)​ in Singapore to drive our Companys' growth. As a BDR, this role will be the first point of contact for potential customers, working to generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with decision makers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Life Sciences or Consumer Products industries, including an understanding of the Regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: 

• Create outbound prospecting strategies to connect with potential clients in line with overall strategy (cold calling/emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, competitor outreach); 

• Engage with leads from marketing campaigns or website inquiries to convert interest into qualified leads; 

• Research target companies and key contacts to create a tailored approach for outreach, in line with marketing and sales strategy using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, SalesNavigator to gather information; 

• Lead Qualification: 

• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, business challenges and alignment with the Company’s product or service; 

• Use qualification frameworks as provided to assess lead viability; 

• Set up meetings or product demos for qualified leads with Account Executives or Sales Managers to advance the sales process; 

• Nurturing and Following Up: 

• Maintain contact with leads who are not yet ready to buy, keeping them engaged through regular follow-up emails/calls, in alignment with marketing strategy; 

• Share relevant content, case studies or insights to keep potential clients interested and move them closer to a buying decision; 

• Ensure all leads are tracked and updated in the CRM system regularly; 

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

• Share insights with the Marketing team on the quality of inbound leads and what messaging resonates with prospects to refine marketing strategies; 

• Work closely with Account Executives or Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, including providing notes and context from initial conversations; 

• Join sales and marketing strategy sessions to help refine target segments, lead generation tactics and customer profiles; 

• Continuous Learning and Improvement: 

• Continually learn about the new product features, industry trends and competitive landscape to improve conversations with prospects; 

• Regularly participate in training sessions and coaching to improve outreach, communication and lead qualification skills; 

• Monitor performance against monthly or quarterly targets for meetings set, qualified leads and conversion rates, aiming to improve effectiveness; 

• Reporting and Data Management: 

• Accurately log all activities including calls, emails and meeting notes in the CRM to maintain an organized record of interactions; 

• Share weekly or monthly reports on lead generation metrics, prospect feedback and pipeline health to sales management; 

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required 

• 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in a Life Science or Consumer Health industries 

• Self-motivated and target driven 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

• Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc 

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Account Executive to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, driving new business opportunities and expanding a client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Life Sciences or Consumer Products industries, including an understanding of the Regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success.

Key Responsibilities: 

Contribute to and Execute Business Development Strategy:

• Assist in the development and execution of the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets

Client Acquisition:

• Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points

Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
• Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them

Sales Pipeline Management:

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads

Contract Negotiations:

• Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favorable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK’s solutions
• Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required
• At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS
• Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
• Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
• Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
• Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient in Salesforce etc
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
• Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
• Background in SaaS, particularly in LegalTech, RegTech, or similar industries, will be considered an advantage.
