Job Title:  Senior Application Consultant

Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in the Technology & Operations – MOT – LCS domain, ensuring performance, stability, and compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise in Big Data technologies, ETL pipelines, and CI/CD automation, combined with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and data pipelines using Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, and related technologies.

·       Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Debugging & Support: Troubleshoot application issues, fix bugs, and provide Level 3 support for production systems.

·       Build & Release Automation: Package and release software artifacts using CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus) across all environments, including production.

·       Proficiency in source code control systems and branching strategies (Git/Bitbucket).

Role Overview (Cybersecurity PM)

This role is responsible for governing and operationalizing the risk and compliance controls framework across critical banking applications. It focuses on maintaining a strong security posture through structured assurance activities and proactive risk mitigation.

The position requires solid technical knowledge in application security, along with a senior, structured approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Security Assurance & Auditing

Conduct monthly, comprehensive security audits across application environments

Analyze security logs and telemetry data to identify control gaps, potential threats, and compliance issues

Vulnerability & Hardening Management

Lead and interpret enterprise-level vulnerability and configuration assessments

Consolidate findings into a risk- prioritized remediation plan

GRC and Remediation Leadership

D365 CRM Architect:  Someone who designs and owns end‑to‑endDynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions (data model, integrations,security, CX, etc.), not just a developer or admin.

AWS Connect:  A cloud‑based contact‑center platform from AWS,usually integrated with CRM. We want someone who’s designed or integratedcontact‑center workflows with D365.

K2 / Nintex + SharePoint:  Workflow and automation tools (K2/ Nintex) sitting on top of SharePoint, often used for approvals, forms, andprocess automation in D365 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration from SharePoint 2016 → SharePoint Online (SPO)
Analyse and rationalise legacy environments:

• Classic sites, publishing portals
• InfoPath forms, WSP solutions, custom JS
• Complex permission structures

Strong experience in SharePoint 2013/2016 & SharePoint Online (SPO)

Proven track record in large-scale SharePoint migrations

Hands-on expertise in SPFx development

Experience with:
