We're looking for a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, AI-Native who is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes.

This is not a reporting role. This is a founding role for Revenue Intelligence at Sleek.

Mission:

You will be the person who transforms how our entire Revenue organization, understands its performance, anticipates risk, and seizes opportunity. Working at the intersection of world-class analytical thinking and the transformative power of large language models, you will deliver insights at a speed and depth that no traditional analyst ever could.

This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch, with real ownership and direct access to Revenue leadership.

Outcomes:

• Become the single source of truth for Revenue metrics across Sales & Marketing — marketing performance, pipeline health, CAC, LTV, activation, expansion and beyond.
• Leverage AI models (Claude, Gemini, and others) to automate insight generation, narrative writing, anomaly detection and forecasting — turning hours of work into minutes.
• Build internal AI agents that automate New Business sales performance granular monitoring & drive actions: pipeline analysis, areas for improvement and next best actions for each sales representative.
• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines that keep the entire Revenue org informed without manual effort, creating a culture of real-time, data-driven decision-making. You will redefine how revenue decisions are made, replacing manual analysis with AI systems that operate continuously, not periodically.
• Surface growth levers and churn signals by connecting dots across CRM, product, support and financial data sources that today live in silos.
• Partner directly with Revenue leaders to scope analyses, shape strategy and translate data into decisions.
• Enable non-analysts across the Revenue org to self-serve insights — you raise the data fluency of the whole team, not just your own.

What we are looking for:

The fundamentals:

• 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or a high-growth startup environment.
• Expert-level SQL; comfortable with Python or R for more advanced modelling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools — Tableau preferred.
• Deep understanding of Revenue and GTM metrics: Leads, CVR, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, pipeline velocity, win rates, Channel attribution and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate messy, incomplete data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success teams.
• When you apply, include: 1–2 examples of systems, tools, or workflows you built using AI. Ideally something that replaced hours/days of human work. Bonus: share code, Loom, or demo.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes of the role.

Mission: to deliver seamless, high-velocity onboarding experience for every new Sleek client. By mastering Singapore’s regulatory requirements and embracing AI-driven workflows, you will ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance while maintaining a zero-friction pace. You are responsible for turning new sign-ups into successful, live entities with speed, precision, and client delight.

Key outcomes in the first 6-12 months
1. 3 (Three) Day Sleek Time Execution. Ensure 100% of assigned incorporation and transfer files reach live status within 3 working days of active Sleek time. You will proactively follow up with clients to resolve external dependencies and move files back into the "active" clock as quickly as possible. Any delays caused by external client dependencies, such as pending documentation, signatures, or information requests, are excluded from the 3-daywindow

2. First-Time Right Statutory Filings: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate on all initial statutory filings (RORC, ROND, RONS, and resolutions). By utilizing internal automation tools and double-check protocols, you will ensure zero filing errors and zero rejections from ACRA.

3. Data Integrity Specialist: Guarantee that 100% of client profiles in the Sleek admin platform are complete and accurate before handover. Your goal is to eliminate any back-and-forth from the Service Delivery team caused by missing or incorrect entity data.

4. Personal CSAT of 97%+: Achieve a consistent individual Client Satisfaction score of at least 97% by providing clear, empathetic, and timely communication. You will resolve client queries within 4 working hours and proactively manage expectations throughout the onboarding journey.

5. AI Adoption & Process Feedback: Actively utilise all new AI and automation tools introduced in the roadmap. You are expected to provide weekly feedback on process friction points and suggest at least one automation improvement per quarter to simplify your own workflow.

Role Requirements

●     Recognised degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

●     Minimum 5 years’ experience in client-facing roles, handling sensitive information and complexclient matters.

●     2+ years of experience with a high proficiency in Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA/AML/CFT).

●     Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and various productivity software.

●     Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised with a "detail-oriented" approach.

●     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, and VUCA environment.

●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support entrepreneurs.

Job Description & Requirements

• Lead and manage technical teams handling plant maintenance, equipment servicing, and building maintenance works.
• Oversee 24/7 breakdown support operations and ensure rapid response for critical plant issues.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules, shutdown works, and project deployments.
• Conduct site inspections, identify technical problems and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Manage operations on Jurong Island, including manpower planning, safety coordination, and permit processes.
• Ensure proper servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams for mechanical, electrical, and civil-related issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
