Responsibilities:
· Manage theteam in the management and maintenance of the assigned estates
· Prepare andmanage yearly budgets, quotations and tenders
· Work closelywith Councilors, Residents, Grassroots’ Organizations, and Government Agencies
· Manage andreview contracts
· Coordinatewith contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of works
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
· Degree inBuilding Services/Facilities Management/ Real Estate Business or other buildingrelated Degree.
· At least 3years of relevant experience, or equivalent skills and knowledge will beconsidered.
· Team Playerwith high Integrity, Leadership, Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills
· Able to workunder pressure and tight deadlines
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
