Cutting metal pieces using gas flame or an electric arc;

Joining metal parts by hand soldering; and

Carrying out inspection, servicing and maintenance (based on field or specialisation); and

Performing related tasks.

Discussing project plans with relevant stakeholdersand clients.

Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.

Selecting the appropriate plastering materials fordifferent sites.

Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriatematerials.

Fixing and repairing previous plastering work whennecessary.

Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman.

Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and otherfinishes.

Consulting with other contractors to ensure projectdeadlines are met timeously.
