We are looking fora responsible and hardworking Event Support Assistant (Warehouse & Setup) to join our team.
Job Scope:
- Assist with warehouse logistics and daily events operations
- Load, unload, pack and move event equipment/materials
- Support simple event setup and teardown
- Help with basic admin and computer-related tasks
- Use Microsoft Office for simple documentation and coordination
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Able to work flexible hours depending on event schedules
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office
- Responsible and punctual
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, event setup and able to drive a manual van will be an advantage
