Assist in preparation of tender submission;
Prepare quotation for job;
Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation;
Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing;
Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;
Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
Prepare budget statement monthly and review by Superior;
Manage and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties
To maintain the Quality System in the Department;
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.
Able to perform ad-hoc and adminstrative duties.
Able to work independently.
Able to call clients and verify contracts, job and for all other informations.
