Job Summary

As an Operations Assistant, you will manage and support various operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing food by following established kitchen processes to ensure quality and safety
• Organize and prepare products, ingredients, stock, and workspace to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen and workspace
• Support order fulfillment by accurately packing orders and responding to simple customer queries
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support team and business needs
• Use basic computer skills to process orders and operate simple systems accurately
• Adapt to flexible scheduling including weekend shifts to meet operational demands
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude
