Cost Control & Financial Records

• Prepare daily financial statements and records, including invoicing, purchase orders, and service reports.
• Summarize and record various applications and worker entry information.

Financial Support

• Assist the company’s accounting firm with bookkeeping, GST tax filing, CPF, and other tax-related matters.

Operations & Team Support

• Ensure smooth communication and efficient team operations.
• Execute management instructions and handle assigned work tasks.
• Manage MOM (Ministry of Manpower) worker applications, issue requests, bank card applications, ICA visa applications, and other related submissions.

Human Resources & Administration

• Process onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Manage office supplies procurement and general office administration.

Director Support

• Assist the Director in managing personnel, administrative work, accounting records, and document management.
• Support applications for foreign worker work visas with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates holding a Singapore CEI qualification certificate.
• Familiarity with the intermediary industry and relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in using various office software.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Experienced Project Engineer with proven ability to independently manage operations, control costs, and deliver projects on time. Skilled in tender preparation, technical and commercial negotiations, and risk analysis. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with expertise in AutoCAD, technical report writing, and creative problem-solving. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, supervising skilled employees, and liaising with external contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
