Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer base and expand new customer relationship in the Turkiye market, and as well as in other regions of the world, covering port agency services
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency team
• Energetic professional capable of spearheading business expansion and cultivating robust connections with key stakeholders
• Manage hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Singapore
• Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence to enhance the quality of our services

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ of relevant working experience, with supervisory experience
• Reliable track record in shipping industry
• Excellent communication & social skills
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a team player and work autonomously
• Results driven and strong problem solver
• Ability to control costs
• Ability to build relationships and develop trust
• Well organized & structured
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Able to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication in English.  Proficiency in ready, writing and speaking Turkish with oral & read will be more advantage
