We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia by enhancing and optimizing customer experience funnels. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a passionate strong self-starter to manage PRISM+ Malaysia marketing needs.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us oversee and lead the entire media buying from Facebook Ads, Google Adswords, SEO & SEM and email marketing. This driven person will also need to generate data-driven commercial insights, execute high-budget with constant optimization digital campaigns, and manage advertising platform partners. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia.


Responsibilities of a Performance Marketing Lead (Malaysia) but are not limited to

• Formulate, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google & Tiktok:
  - Conduct in-depth monitoring and tracking systems using Google Analytics and Google tag manager.
• Reporting on set metrics to generate insights for ads optimization, A/B testing and website improvements.
• Be passionate about copywriting. Analyse and optimize copywriting phrases to achieve different marketing objective of company:
  - Performance marketing copy writing.
  - Press Release copywriting.
  - Product unique selling proposition copywriting.
• Come up with innovative campaigns ideas (partnerships, events, social activation etc.) and for each marketing campaign:
  - Develop compelling and creative concepts adapted to global marketing frameworks.
  - Set campaign objectives and performance targets for each major campaign, with rationale, anticipation of results and ROI.
  - Execute all key aspects of the campaign.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders (especially design team on creatives requirements).
• Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders (i.e Facebook/Google account managers).

• Proficient in Facebook Ads platform (>3 years of Experience).
• Proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Tag manager (>1 year of Experience).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferred to be in performance marketing agency or e-commerce company.
• You should have successfully scaled and led result driving marketing campaigns with clear management reporting metrics to measure success.

Role Summary

Own and scale PRISM+’s performance marketing engine across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You are the growth operator responsible for profitable revenue at scale, balancing spend efficiency, creative velocity, and commercial outcomes.

You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, drive incrementality and build a system that sustains PRISM+’s next phase of growth across categories (TVs, appliances, smart home).

1. Revenue & Efficiency

• Own topline revenue contribution from paid channels
• Manage budget allocation across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen)
• Optimize toward MER, contribution margin, and incrementality (not platform-reported ROAS)
• Continuously refine spend vs diminishing returns curves

2. Campaign & Channel Execution

• Architect and run full-funnel campaigns:
• Prospecting (broad, Advantage+/PMAX)
• Retargeting (high-intent + CRM loops)
• Mega sale/event spikes (11.11, BFCM, etc.)
• Drive weekly optimization cadence across all campaigns
• Identify and scale new channels (TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces)

3. Creative-Led Growth

• Partner closely with Creative team to build high-volume testing engine
• Translate performance insights into:
• Winning hooks, formats, angles
• Clear creative briefs (not “make it nicer” feedback)
• Ensure creative refresh velocity keeps pace with spend

4. Data, Attribution & Insights

• Own performance reporting across:
• Platform data (Meta, Google)
• GA4
• Shopify / Salesforce (source of truth)
• Develop clear views on:
• True CAC
• Channel incrementality
• Cross-channel attribution gaps
• Run structured experiments (holdouts, geo tests where possible)

5. Team & Operating System

• Lead and coach 1–2 performance marketers
• Build a weekly operating rhythm:
• Performance reviews
• Testing roadmap
• Budget reallocation decisions
• Establish scalable processes across:
• Campaign launches
• Naming, tracking, QA

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Director of Operations to lead and scale operational excellence for our Malaysia business. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Malaysia leadership team and support day-to-day execution, operational scalability, and cross-functional alignment.

The role will oversee core operational functions including Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics / RMA Operations, and broader operational process management. Over time, the scope may expand into areas such as Air Conditioning Operations, Business Excellence, and Customer Experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is equally comfortable solving strategic challenges while diving deep into operational execution.

Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership

• Lead and oversee Malaysia operational functions across warehousing, fulfilment, logistics, reverse logistics (RMA), and supply chain operations.
• Drive operational scalability, efficiency, and process optimisation across all operational touchpoints.
• Build operational frameworks, SOPs, reporting structures, and governance processes to support business growth.
• Partner closely with regional and local stakeholders to align operational priorities with overall business objectives.

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning, inbound logistics, distribution, and vendor management.
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs such as inventory health, fulfilment SLA, delivery performance, return rates, and operational costs.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within the supply chain and implement sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with 3PLs, warehouse operators, and logistics partners to ensure service quality and operational reliability.

RMA & Service Operations

• Oversee reverse logistics and RMA operations to ensure timely resolution and positive customer outcomes.
• Improve operational turnaround times, repair/replacement workflows, and escalation management processes.
• Collaborate with customer experience and product teams to identify recurring operational or product-related issues.

Cross-Functional Business Operations

• Support leadership in operational planning, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive data-backed decision making through reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Lead or support operational transformation projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

This passionate experienced individual will help us drive up customer satisfaction by going far beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers. The Customer Service Officer will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and quality responses to customers via various contact points: email, live chats, phone lines, and social media channels.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting or identifying technical issues.
• Work with various departments or stakeholders to ensure the products are delivered and installed within the stipulated time frame.
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, whenever possible.
