Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Production Team, including planning, coordination

  and execution of production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Source parts and components to support operational requirements while ensuring product

  durability and reliability.

• Review and optimize work processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity and

  service quality.

• Plan manpower allocation and assess team competencies to support current operations and

  upcoming project requirements.

• Identify training and development needs for production personnel to enhance technical skills,

  safety awareness and overall performance.

• Manage inventory control and stock availability, ensuring timely replenishment of materials

  and equipment for ongoing projects and urgent work orders.

• Coordinate and monitor car park system deployment schedules, including work planning,

  execution, testing, and delivery in accordance with sales order requirements and project

  timelines.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve operational issues, improve workflow

  efficiency, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and

  organized working environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

• Review and approve Goods Issue Notes (GIN) prepared by Production Technicians to ensure

  accuracy and proper documentation for project deployment.

• For private/commercial projects, prepare and finalize equipment lists, oversee production

  planning and ensure proper system testing before deployment.

• For government projects, monitor project preparation, equipment allocation, inventory

  readiness and deployment schedules to support operational demands and contractual

  requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Experience in production operations, inventory management or project coordination.

• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across

  departments.

• Knowledge of production workflows, inventory control and operational planning.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and compliance standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

a. Support to Account

• Send or upload preventive maintenance service report to Account Dept for billing to customers

• Review and submit quotations by SI to management for approval

• Raise invoice to P-Order system for approval and payment

• Follow up with account for the payment related issue of vendor or SI

• Review and process all claims for IT & Service depts. Check, record and submit to Account Dept for payment.

b. Support to HR

• Upload duty roster into Easytime system  

• Check and generate monthly overtime reports to HR Department

• Plan service technicians’ monthly duty roster

• Do general filling and data key in

Service Support

a. Equipment Sale carpark

• Plans preventive maintenance schedules and email preventive maintenance notification and tentative schedule to respective MA by email

• Compile Preventive Maintenance and service reports from Service technicians after completion of service for general filling and billing

• Work with EPS operation and Account Dept on any billing issues

• Contact MA /customer and follow up on outstanding cases before performing closures

• Coordinate work with zone managers and request PO assistance if need to

b. HDB Carparks

• Review daily HDB cases inside SRS and CC daily report.

• Follow up on outstanding cases by arranging tech and perform closures after work done.

• Coordinate work with zone managers to follow up on outstanding cases under their respective coverages. Request site staff RO for assistance if need to

• Receiving call and coordinate work with CC staff for any urgent cases

• Escalate and follow up cases with external vendor for any fault due to equipment failure. (Nets, Singtel, Dcrypt and SI etc.).

• Assist HDB admin to modify and updated report which need submit to HDB

c. Private Carpark

• Plans preventive maintenance schedule for private carpark and email service report to zone manager

• Review daily private cases inside SRS and CC daily report

• Coordinate work with private carpark operation and zone managers to follow up on outstanding cases under their respective coverages. Request PO assistance if need to

• Follow up on outstanding cases by arranging tech and perform closures after work done

• Escalate and follow up cases with external vendor for any fault due to equipment failure

Requirements

• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the project team to ensure smooth execution of projects within the given timeline.

• Plan manpower allocation, monitor team performance, and ensure project resources are effectively managed.

• Identify training and development requirements for the project team.

• Supervise and guide Project Engineers and Technicians on project execution, troubleshooting and work coordination.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, testing, documentation and submission of reports to relevant authorities and ensure document has been approved, endorsed by relevant authorities.

• Handle and oversee applications and coordination with agencies such as NETS, MHI, and Land Transport Authority (LTA).

• Ensure all authority inspections, testing processes and certifications are completed on schedule.

• Manage equipment forecasting, site implementation and testing arrangements for new projects.

• Identify workplace hazards, implement safety improvements and act as the department’s Safety Leader.

• Support training and development initiatives to enhance team competency and performance.

• Ensure projects are completed in compliance with company standards, safety regulations and customer requirements and ensure certificates of substantial completion are issued on time by relevant authorities.

Requirements (Qualification& Experience):

• Minimum O' Levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ACCESS Easypay & Easytime would be an added advantage.
• Able to speak and write Japanese is a plus to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
