Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years of Local Experience with Main Contractor in both commerical and institutionl building Projects.
Able to communiate with consultants and contractors on technical matters
knowledge in local codes of practice
Well experinced in making shop drawings.
Experience in managing A& A projects independently
Making M&E plans and drawings.
Overseeing M&E Installation
Troubleshooting M&E Issues.
Ensuring M&E Safety
Commissioning M&E Systems
Budgeting, Estimation, and Purchase of M&E Components
Testing and Installation of Systems
General M&E Maintenance
Working on High-Voltage Lines and Equipment/ and Mechanical ACMV Equipment URU system,chiller system
Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
Work closely with site supervisor on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
Attend weekly or monthly meeting on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
