About the Role
Project Manager lead the planning and delivery of temporary power, temperaturecontrol, and energy solutions for major events. This role is responsible formanaging end-to-end project execution across high-profile events, ensuringsafe, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations andstandards.
KeyResponsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
• Manage the full lifecycle of major event projects, from initial brief throughto demobilisation
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate logistics for equipment mobilisation, installation, and removal
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, event organisers, and keystakeholders
• Build strong working relationships and ensure high levels of customersatisfaction
• Attend site visits, planning meetings, and on-site event operations
Operational Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, logistics, sales, andHSE
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance
• Manage on-site teams during installation, live event operation, and breakdown
Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all activities comply with Company’s HSE standards and localregulations
• Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and site safety planning
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project phases
Financial Management
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
• Manage procurement and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting
