- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the sales team
- Prepare technical documents such as proposals, reports, and implementation plans
- Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product/R&D teams
- Participate in technical discussions, demos, and presentations
- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Singaporeans and SPR are welcome to apply. We have not got much foreign quota.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, Kubernetes or containers
- Good communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong problem-solving mindset
