As a unified communications for enterprise and contact centre telecommunications, the Software Engineer is responsible for all
technical requirements during project implementation. This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
Develop application for contact centres.
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
Writing and implementing efficient code
Determining operational practicality
Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
Training users
Support network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in related field.
Fresh graduates in related field will be considered for this role as training will be provided.
Possess knowledge of the programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft SQL and Dot NET.
Familiar with Web Applications: Angular, HTML, CSS, MVC and REST APIs.
Experience in SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology.
Understanding in IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment will be added advantage.
