Job Summary

You will develop and present detailed interior design proposals, collaborate with consultants and suppliers, and coordinate installations to transform living spaces with style and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive design proposals aligned with clients’ goals, including detailed AutoCAD drawings to visualize concepts clearly
• Assist Project and Sales Head in presenting design proposals, explaining how furniture, lighting, fixtures, color schemes, and styles enhance living spaces
• Collaborate with building consultants, interior suppliers, and contractors to procure furnishings and accessories, schedule deliveries, and coordinate installation processes
• Visualize design concepts and articulate ideas effectively to clients and team members to ensure shared understanding and project alignment
• Utilize AutoCAD, design software, and general IT tools proficiently to produce accurate design documentation and presentations
• Apply a keen eye for design, color, and 3D spatial awareness to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interior environments
• Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and client expectations
• Leverage a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential and/or hospitality interior design focusing on design, drafting, and detailing to deliver high-quality outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Sketchup / 3D Max / Autocad
