- Conduct in-depth analysis of the organoid market (e.g., oncology, liver/gastrointestinal, neurological diseases).
- Identify end-to-end needs across basic research, pharmaceutical R&D, and preclinical studies.
- Define a product portfolio and solution roadmap centered on: “Organoid models + multi-omics data + bioinformatics analysis.”
2. End-to-End Product Definition & Development
- Requirement Translation: Conduct deep interviews with clients and internal R&D/production teams to convert customer needs and scientific pain points into detailed requirement documents.
- Modeling Service Design: Design standardized and customized organoid modeling services integrated with NGS and mass spectrometry, including but not limited to: Tumor organoids (PDO) construction and drug sensitivity testing, Disease modeling, Gene-edited organoids and Co-culture models
3. Project & Lifecycle Management
- Act as the central coordinator across R&D, operations, quality control, and sales to ensure smooth project execution from development to delivery.
