Sending worker to work site. Pick worker at dormitory at 7am every morning and send them to multiple work site.
After send worker to work site, pick materials from supplier and send the materials to multiple work site.
Ensure all the materials send to work site are correct to the order place. Hand over completed purchase order and delivery order documentation to office.

Scheduled meeting, organized company events, team-building activities, arrange flight tickets and Hotel accommodation.
Reviewed staff claims, allowances, and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Checked monthly expenses and invoices of Petty Cash balance with petty cash expenditure for ensuring authorized before cash payment.
Managed daily office operations and provided administrative support across departments.
Assisted the Senior Accountant in completing month-end financial reports on schedule.
Reviewed inventory control procedures, identifying issues and suggesting improvements to reduce cost and improve accuracy.
Issued and controlled stock inventory (Materials supplies).
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track delivery and inventory of equipment.
Liaise with main contractors, sub contractors, clients, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure project compliance and smooth progress.
