About the Role
We are a growing manufacturing SME seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 3–5 years of experience who are comfortable handling full-set accounts and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist to handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
Operational Finance
Assis to monitor and record inventory-related transactions and costing entries.
Assist to track production-related costs and expenses.
Support costing analysis and ensure alignment with operational data.
Bank & Cash Management
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage petty cash and company expenses with proper controls.
Month-End Closing & Reporting
Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Assist in preparation of financial schedules and management reports.
Monitor expenses and highlight variances.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate/assist to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and accountants.
Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements: -
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in manufacturing or SME environment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of full-set accounting.
Basic understanding with inventory or costing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a good team player.

We are a growing manufacturing SME seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting functions. This role is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are keen to build their accounting skills in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Accounting & Bookkeeping
