Understand business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution.
Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology.
Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule.
Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience.
Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment.
Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture.
Produce technical documentation for application systems.
As a System Analyst, you need:
Experience in application development using the following technologies and programming languages such as Mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript etc.
Experience in Project Management and is able to manage user expectation and deliver within project timeline
Experience/knowledge in Scrum /DevOps concepts.
Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube, etc.
Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Prior experience in government projects is an added advantage.
To have a keen interesting in IT / programming / system designs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage business process project relates to QAD ERP and itsrelated applications
Provide IT Technical Support on QAD ERP application including QAD module on integrations, interface, reporting, and system availability
Develop interfacing module between corporate Sourcing systems with QAD
Drive for sustainable solutions, simplified QAD ERP environment with conformance to system architecture, standards, and practices
Provide support to shared teams performing design and development deliverable, accountable for all design and development deliverable, identify areas of improvement and drive shared IM (Information Management) teams to design andimplement proposed solutions
Work with matrix internal teams to coordinate and plan document reviews, code reviews, QA performance testing, and schedule available release windows for production rollover
Work with internal shared support and maintenance teams to plan upgrade / maintenance projects for application and database versions, manage upgrades across shared and core IM teams
Keep up to date with enabling technologies and work as a “change-agent” to promote their use for business productivity
