Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple MCST developments to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly financial statements including income & expenditure, balance sheet, and general ledger for timely reporting
• Monitor and reconcile management fund and sinking fund accounts to maintain financial integrity
• Prepare and track budget versus actual reports to support financial planning and control
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations to confirm accuracy of cash records and transactions
• Manage accounts receivable by tracking maintenance fees and generating arrears reports to optimize collections
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate annual audit processes and ensure compliance
• Assist in preparing AGM financial reports and supporting schedules for stakeholder review
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA financial reporting requirements to meet regulatory standards
• Support preparation of GST submissions when applicable to maintain tax compliance
• Collaborate with Condo Managers and Councils on financial matters to provide clear financial insights
• Monitor cash flow and fund utilisation for MCST projects to support financial sustainability
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for audit readiness and transparency
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by Management to inform decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in MCST accounting
• Familiarity with MCST accounting structure including management fund and sinking fund
• Knowledge of BMSMA requirements is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple portfolios effectively

Job Summary:
The Property Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of office facilities. This role oversees maintenance, coordinates service providers, manages resources, and ensures a functional and compliant workplace environment. The Property Management Executive acts as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Building Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage subcontractors, and supervise and coordinate facility management activities, ensuring all works comply with required standards and regulations. Perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, as well as incident reports related to facility operations.
• Attend to residents' enquiries and concerns, and brief/instruct/enforce residents of the rules and regulations, which may include speaking to the residents if they do not understand.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications &S kills:

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or office administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with attention to detail and service quality.
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
