Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive project quantity surveying tasks to support construction projects.
• Attend site surveys, tender briefings, and coordinate clarifications with clients to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Perform measurement take-offs and source quotations to conduct detailed costing analyses.
• Coordinate purchasing of core project materials such as rebar and concrete, managing logistics to meet site schedules.
• Interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions, including bills of quantities, to project activities.
• Prepare sub-contract agreements and assess claim certificates and payments to subcontractors.
• Submit monthly progress claims and progress reports to clients, resolving any clarifications promptly.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure construction completion within financial targets.
• Participate in site meetings and progress claim meetings to provide updates and address issues.
• Manage all project administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and company objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Project Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience in Civil, Structural Steel, and/or Metal Works quantity surveying.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication skills to independently coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Summary

Perform skilled masonry, plastering, tiling, screeding, waterproofing, and concrete works at construction sites, ensuring all tasks meet project standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry tasks to build and repair structures, ensuring durability and compliance with project specifications
• Apply plastering techniques to walls and ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces that meet quality standards
• Install tiles accurately to create durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes in wet trade environments
• Execute screeding to level floors and surfaces, preparing them for subsequent construction phases
• Apply waterproofing materials effectively to prevent water ingress and protect building structures
• Carry out concrete works and general wet trade tasks to support building construction and repair projects
• Ensure all work complies with construction standards and project requirements to maintain safety and quality
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet project deadlines and support site operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wet trade works
• Proficiency in plastering, bricklaying, and tiling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work 6 days per week to support project timelines
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly install and repair various piping systems, including Copper, PVC, PEX, and Stainless Steel (SS).
• Execute replacement of damaged underground pipes and handle complex pipe diversion tasks as required.
• Install and repair new plumbing fixtures and sanitary appliances with high precision.
• Accurately estimate required plumbing materials, tools, and fixtures to minimize wastage and ensure project efficiency.
• Proactively assist in general site operations and multi-disciplinary tasks during periods when plumbing works are not active.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) drawings is a strong advantage.
- Reliable, independent, and a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude towards site work.
