The Role:

Report directly to the President and play a key role in providing strategic financial planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and driving initiatives to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Manage day-to-day operations, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

●       Develop and monitor annual budgets in alignment with the institution's strategic goals.

●       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to management.

●       Conduct financial analysis to support the planning of future academic programs and initiatives.

●       Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and recommendations.

●       Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, and implement necessary updates to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements:

●      Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

●      Professional certifications such as CPA(Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).

●      3-5 years of progressive financial management experience, within an international private education setting.

●      Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and accounting standards.

●      Strong business acumen, financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting skills.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable

The Role:
