Overview

We are looking for a Resident Engineer (Desktop Support) to be deployed onsite with a leading global FMCG Client, supporting end-user computing environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support, working closely with users to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop / end-user support for hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices)
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office / M365 applications
• Handle user account setup, access, and basic administration
• Perform PC setup, installation, and configuration (IMACD)
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain asset records and update ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Provide basic support for network connectivity and peripherals

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in desktop / IT support / EUC environment
• Good knowledge of:

Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar network infrastructure projects within enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure to Cisco networking technologies, proven experience managing complex infrastructure rollouts, and the ability to drive end-to-end project execution across technical and business stakeholders.

This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise network transformation, data centre deployments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects (multi-million-dollar budgets).

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources across multiple stakeholders.

• Oversee enterprise network implementations including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and Data Centre technologies (Cisco environment).

• Coordinate with Cisco partners, system integrators, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

• Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.

• Manage cutover planning, migration activities, and site deployments.

• Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and security policies.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and C-level stakeholders.

• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution proactively.

• Ensure successful project closure, documentation, and post-implementation review.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in network infrastructure delivery.

• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar enterprise infrastructure projects.

• Strong experience in Cisco networking technologies (e.g., routing, switching, SD-WAN, data centre networking).

• Experience managing large-scale deployments across multiple sites or regions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and data centre environments.

• Ability to engage technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity.

• Strong expertise in SIEM platforms, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint protection, and cloud security.

• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory standards (MAS TRM, PDPA and Cyber Hygiene).

• Proven experience in incident response, digital forensics, and threat intelligence.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP.

• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise cybersecurity solutions

Deal Support & Strategy
