Job Summary

Join our established Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy as a Drafter to prepare and update detailed drawings for Good Class Bungalows projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and supporting timely project submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and structural drawings, plans, and details based on engineers’ instructions to support project design and execution
• Amend and update drawings reflecting design changes and authority or consultant feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and drafting standards to uphold quality and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to deliver drawings within submission deadlines, facilitating smooth project progress.
• To assist in Periodical Structural Inspection on site and take photos.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support project goals and foster a productive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, ITE, or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Sketch Up & knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
• 1–3 years of relevant civil and structural drafting experience
• Familiarity with building structure drawings and detailing
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
