Job Summary

You will prepare and manage comprehensive accounting and tax deliverables, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting client audits. This role requires analytical problem-solving to drive accurate financial reporting and tax submissions, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts by compiling and verifying accounting schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Develop and submit GST reports to IRAS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
• Compute local taxes and manage tax filing submissions to maintain regulatory compliance for clients
• Prepare payroll and related statutory forms such as CPF and IR8A to support client payroll processing
• Assist in client yearly audits by providing required documentation and responding to audit inquiries
• Prepare unaudited financial statements that meet client and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with managers to execute additional duties and responsibilities that support client and firm objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA certification
• CA/CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant accounting and tax experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through accurate financial and tax deliverables
• Experience as an auditor is welcomed and considered beneficial

Job Summary

Support company secretarial and administrative functions by collecting client information, preparing documents, managing filings, and assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collect client information accurately and complete forms to support company secretarial processes
• Update, file, and scan company secretary documents regularly for clients and internal use to maintain compliance
• Prepare project introduction documents under supervisor guidance to support business development efforts
• Assist in preparing claim forms for company directors to facilitate timely reimbursements
• Manage general administrative tasks including answering calls, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining office supplies to ensure efficient office operations
• Welcome and attend to guests professionally to create a positive company impression
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma qualification
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word to complete documentation and reporting tasks
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English to engage with Oriental-speaking clients and associates
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period

• Assist in conducting client yearly audits to support compliance and financial integrity
• Prepare payroll, CPF/IR8A forms, and individual tax submissions to meet statutory requirements
• Compile and submit GST reports to IRAS for clients to ensure timely tax compliance
• Compute local taxes and manage tax filing processes to comply with local tax regulations
• Prepare unaudited financial statements to provide interim financial insights
• Utilize MYOB, XERO, and NAV software to maintain accurate accounting records and streamline processes
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve accounting and tax issues effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting/tax preparation for third-party clients
• Experience working with Thailand and Vietnam accounting standards and practices
• Background as an ex-auditor is welcomed
