Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / HR Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the HR team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
Job Requirements:
• Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently when required
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Organizing files and performing data entry
• Assisting with daily administrative and office support tasks
• Basic document editing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Supporting office maintenance and ensuring smooth daily office operations
• Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
• Assisting HR with recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and procedures
- Salary: SGD 1300-1800 (Negotiable)
- Location: Near Tanjong Pargar MRT , excellent transport accessibility
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 18:00PM Monday- Firday (Negotiable)
